Sunrise is such an incredible time of day for photography. Our beautiful Hawaiian beaches are practically deserted, especially at the off the beaten track destinations I like to photograph at, it is nice and cool, the sky lights up with color, when we are finished you have the whole day ahead and it’s time for breakfast! More on that in my article about why I love shooting portraits at sunrise. This lovely family was just passing through Hawaii on their way back to the mainland after years of living in Korea. They were up bright and early and we were blessed with an amazing sunrise sky and following that a beautiful rainbow blessed their family photo session.
